Systems Operator - Assembling and Packaging - 1st Shift
Location: Caledonia, MI 49316
We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our manufacturing team on first shift working a four-day schedule in the Caledonia, Michigan area. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling small lightweight parts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a thorough understanding of assembly processes.
This role involves assembly of components and subassemblies, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and capable of interpreting technical drawings and production documents. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing processes in a dynamic environment.
Duties
Assemble mechanical components using your hands or some hand tools
Follow production documents and work instructions meticulously to ensure consistency and quality.
Handle materials manually with proper ergonomic techniques to maintain safety and efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards and PPE requirements.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and improve workflow processes.
Hours: 6: 30 a.M. To 5: 00 p.M. Monday-Thursday $16.50 per hour. Sometimes there will be overtime and you ll be working on Friday but most of the time it s a Monday-Thursday work schedule.
