Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team! Responsibilities
Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes with clarity and patience.
Assist customers with sales-related questions, upselling products or services when appropriate to enhance their experience.
Maintain accurate records of interactions through data entry in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring all client details are up-to-date.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery by analyzing customer feedback and sharing insights for continuous improvement.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications efficiently to manage documentation, reports, and correspondence.
Demonstrate strong client service skills by actively listening, communicating effectively across diverse audiences including multilingual or bilingual clients and maintaining professionalism at all times.
Experience
Previous 3+ Customer Service experience in Manufacturing - prefer manufacturing or freight background
AS400 experience a plus
Needs to have excellent telephone skills & multitasking skills
Attendance is a must
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are critical for building rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
