Arch Staffing & Consulting Canada is excited to be recruiting in London, Ontario! We are teaming up with a Beverage Packaging and Distribution company to find a dedicated and qualified Mixing Ingredients (Mixologist) with forklift experience to join their tight-knit family. This afternoon shift of 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM Monday through Thursday, allows you flexibility in your workweek.

Compensation: Hourly Based on Experience + Increase after 90 days
What you will be doing on a day-to-day basis:
- Responsible for maintaining safe working conditions and following all Safety Rules
- Move product to station and fill and empty the mixing ingredient machine
- Operate forklift 60% of your day/Mixing ingredients 40% of your day
- Maintain the equipment used and keep the working areas clean and organized at all times.
- Plan, organize and expedite material delivery and mix appropriate product that meets the quality requirements of the Unified department.
- Move material in warehouse to maximize efficiency
- Recommend to production supervisor and management modification of material flow to optimize production and space usage.
- Tag all containers with visible labels to clearly show mix that has been produced.
- Assist with other duties and responsibilities in the production department as they arise
- 1-3 year’s prior experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift license is definitely an asset but experience will be accepted
- Minimum grade 12 or equivalent,
- Ability to work Monday - Thursday from 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
- Proficient in the operation of computers and computer software
- The ability to react to changing conditions quicky
- Ability to troubleshoot and communicate problems to Supervisor/Team Leads, Maintenance Mechanics and QA Technicians as required
- Must have an understanding of health and safety hazards and controls in a manufacturing environment.
- Aware of and wears all PPE.
- Follows GMP regulations and guidelines.
- Understands and practices safe operating procedures
- Accuracy and attention to detail with strong work ethic
