Director/VP of Finance

100% Remote Direct Hire

The Director or Vice President of Finance is a hands-on financial leader who works closely with CEO and our leadership team and the finance team to drive financial strategy, financial planning, and business performance. This position is an essential partner in driving the long-term growth strategy, optimization of operations, effectively managing risks, and ensuring consistent delivery of financial commitments. This position reports to the CEO.

Our essential goal is to find someone with 10 - 15 years’ experience with expertise in FP&A and a successful tenure as Director or VP of Finance (or FP&A) of a private equity-backed portfolio company

? Direct annual budget process and periodic forecast updates

? Manage all financial reporting, including management, board, investor, and bank, and be responsible for board of directors meeting materials

? Develop product-level profitability models to support new and renewing customer opportunities and go to market/product strategy

? Develop business cases and ROI analysis to support strategic and growth initiatives

? Oversee pricing desk for all customer deals and maintain a strong relationship with sales and accounting management teams

? Maintain compensation plan updates and run commissions

? Identify opportunities to grow revenue and optimize cost structure to improve financial margins

? Assist Revenue Cycle Manager and the billing team in achieving RCM KPIs

? Partner with the Controller on the accounting close, compliance reporting, and financial systems strategy and execution

? Partner with CEO and COO on financial discussions with all levels of management as well as private equity investors Ideal candidates for this position possess:

? Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting required; MBA preferred

? SaaS experience and Digital Health industry knowledge desired, not required

? Experience interacting with banks, private equity investors, and board of directors

? Proven success in building high-performing finance and accounting teams as well as broad relationships with business stakeholders

? Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, innovative, and growing company
