Job Title: Quality Engineer

Purpose of Position: Maintain and improve the Quality of the mask products and associated components. Essential duties and/or Functions: Lead mask related internal and external concerns to completion Complete Production Part Approvals (PPAPs) on all Mask components Establish, maintain, and improve quality standards on Mask line Identify and launch improvements that improve Quality, Cost, and Delivery on the Mask line Material Review Board (MRB) where appropriated Establish and maintain appropriate Receiving Inspection Audit Forms (RIAFs) and associated measurement tools and methods Use statistical analysis to drive decisions Support the business as necessary to deliver its financial targets Required Minimum Qualifications: Degree level in Mechanical/Material/Manufacturing Engineering 5+ years post graduate experience in a manufacturing environment. Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing training preferred Preferred/Desired Skills or Experiences: PC literate in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to read blue prints Minitab preferred Ability to write professional reports/documents Effective and efficient troubleshooting skills Logical methodology of work and fact based decision making.
