Job Description:
Company is in search for an experience Purchasing Clerk/Administrator to join the team. Successful candidate should have stable job history, be a team player and enjoy working for a family type atmosphere.
Responsibilities include the following:
Daily
. Update ETA spreadsheet
. Process orders - send to vendor
. Receiving
. Print all vendor invoices and apply when receiving inventory
. Collect mail, open, and process all checks that come in
. Answer phones when Jackie is on the other line and it rings more than twice
. Follow up with customers when their account is on hold or they have a past due invoice
. Process credit card payments
. Scan daily check deposits
Weekly
. Follow up with customers who have not responded to the past due on hold emails
. Enter inter-territorial emails
. Follow up with vendor credits
Monthly
. Process automatic credit card payments at the beginning of the month
. Pull aged accounts receivables report
. Collect gas receipts from technicians and match to Wexx report
. Amex statements for Mallory - be sure all invoices are entered in eautomate before attaching to packet and scanning
. Update pricing from vendors if there were any changes
As Necessary
. Enter new items into Eautomate
. Enter new items into Sherpa
SKILLS
· High School Diploma, GED or equivalent;
- minimum of 1 year working in administrative type role;
- ability to effectively communicate in English, Spanish is a plus,
-experience working with Microsoft Office products and computer proficiency, Candidate must be organized, work well in a team environment, strive for quality,
