IT Sales Executive

Our valued client, a strong and emerging technology company in Miami, is looking for a talented and experienced IT Sales Executive. This person will have an established network of professionals throughout the South Florida IT community, selling solutions, opening new business, and servicing existing clients.  Are you up for the challenge?

This person will have at least 4 years of experience meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas in this space.  The position will be mostly remote as the incumbent will be primarily out on the field cultivating relationships. This person needs to be tech-savvy and speak the language to potential clients.  We’re looking for passionate team-players who can both hunt and farm, understand the pain points people are going through, and recommend key solutions to address those issues.  Is that you?

  • Ability to work from home if not local to their home office
  • Schedule Prospect/Customer visits at client's site
  • Attend industry trade shows and conferences
  • Participate in technology related associations
  • Research and develop new clients independently
  • Flexible schedule with ability to travel to meet with clients and attend networking events
Qualifications:
  • New business to business sales skills
  • Experience selling different forms of technology
  • Understanding of their products and services and ability to present them
  • Skill to research and vet prospects in an efficient manner
  • Maintain and build relationships with new customers in order to grow the account
  • Facilitate swift resolution of service problems or concerns as they arise
  • Develop and acquire qualifying leads to drive additional sales opportunities independently.
  • Deadline driven with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities concurrently
Skills and Education:                                                                             
  • Exceptional organizational and self-management skills
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Professional presentation skills and demeanor
  • Excellent listening skills coupled with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM Software.
Compensation is competitive and is commensurate with experience.
